MTN reaffirms commitment to Rwanda’s ICT development during ministerial engagement

MTN Rwanda has reiterated its commitment to
supporting Rwanda’s information and communications technology (ICT) sector
following a high-level engagement with government officials.
Senior Vice President Ebenezer
Asante paid a courtesy visit to the country’s Minister of ICT on the
sidelines of a strategic session involving leadership teams from MTN Rwanda and
MoMo Rwanda.
The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration and
advancing key priorities within Rwanda’s ICT landscape, including digital
innovation, connectivity and financial inclusion.
MTN noted
that the engagement reflects its ongoing commitment to working closely with
government and stakeholders to support Rwanda’s digital transformation agenda
and contribute to the growth of its technology ecosystem.
