ZTE
Corporation has strengthened its partnership with the Tashkent University of
Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT), advancing
efforts to support Uzbekistan’s national digital transformation agenda under
the Digital Uzbekistan 2030 strategy.
The
collaboration focuses on developing talent and innovation capacity in key
technology areas, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and
telecommunications. As part of the initiative, ZTE and TUIT are facilitating
international hackathons, practical training programmes, and internship
opportunities aimed at equipping students with industry-relevant skills.
The
partnership is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and
real-world application, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in
emerging technologies while contributing to the country’s growing digital
economy.
By
fostering closer ties between academia and industry, the collaboration is
expected to play a critical role in building a skilled workforce capable of
driving Uzbekistan’s long-term digital development goals.
