AI Lab has relaunched its capacity-building activities with a five-day
intensive training programme aimed at strengthening expertise in pedagogical
engineering, training design, and knowledge transfer in the fields of data and
artificial intelligence.
The
workshop brought together members of Togo AI Lab and the Agence Togo Digital,
who participated in practical and interactive sessions led by expert trainer
Mipagyendou Tchably.
The
programme focused on equipping participants with the skills needed to design
effective training programmes, simplify complex technical concepts, facilitate
engaging learning experiences, and develop tools for measuring learning
outcomes and impact.
According
to the organisers, the training combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on
practical exercises based on real-world case studies, enabling participants to
strengthen their instructional and facilitation capabilities.
The
initiative marks the return of Togo AI Lab’s training activities and forms part
of the organisation’s broader ambition to become a leading centre for capacity
development and support in data science and artificial intelligence in Togo.
Organisers
said the workshop represents the beginning of a new phase of activities
designed to advance digital skills development and strengthen the country’s AI
ecosystem through future training, innovation, and knowledge-sharing
programmes.
