MTN Rwanda engages Ministry of Environment on sustainability and climate priorities

Rwanda has held discussions with Rwanda’s Ministry of Environment to strengthen
collaboration on sustainability initiatives and climate action.
The
engagement involved Minister of Environment Bernadette Arakwiye and focused on
aligning priorities to support the country’s environmental and climate
ambitions.
Officials
explored opportunities for partnership in advancing sustainability efforts,
with emphasis on leveraging digital solutions and corporate initiatives to
contribute to national climate goals.
The
meeting reflects ongoing efforts by both government and private sector
stakeholders to integrate sustainability into development strategies and
promote environmentally responsible practices.
Participants
indicated that continued collaboration will be key to driving impactful climate
action and supporting Rwanda’s long-term environmental objectives.
