hosted by ICT Minister Emma Theofelus in Oshakati, Oshana Region, on 21 May 2026.
The engagement will take
place at Leo Shoopala Hall from 14h00 to 17h00 and will bring together key
stakeholders from across the ICT ecosystem.
According to the Ministry,
the discussions will focus on ICT development, digital transformation, and
opportunities for collaboration aimed at improving service delivery and
expanding connectivity in the region.
The forum is expected to
provide a platform for government, industry players and other stakeholders to

accelerating inclusive access to ICT services.
Officials say the engagement
forms part of ongoing national efforts to advance digital transformation and
enhance the delivery of public services through technology-driven solutions.
