Orange Burkina Faso has held
the fourth edition of its YELEEN MOUSSO seminar, bringing together female
employees and company leaders to discuss mental well-being and professional
development.
The seminar focused on the
theme “Well in your head, strong in your career” and provided a platform for
discussions on the importance of mental health in supporting women’s growth and
performance in the workplace.

Chief Executive Officer of
Orange Burkina Faso, Nafy Coulibaly Silué, commended the women of the company
for their dedication and commitment, noting that their contributions continue
to strengthen social cohesion within the organisation.
She also expressed
appreciation to the leadership of the Corporate Social Committee and the
presidents of the women’s group, including Sylvie, Yasminah, Adelaïde, Zara,
Reine and Émilienne, for organising what she described as a successful edition
of the seminar.
The event featured
contributions from Professor Jean Lankoande and Coach Norah Kafando, who shared
expertise and insights on mental wellness, personal development and
professional fulfilment.

According to the organisers,
the seminar aimed to encourage solidarity among female employees while
promoting confidence, resilience and sustainable professional growth.
Orange Burkina Faso said the
initiative forms part of broader efforts to support employee well-being and
create an inclusive working environment that encourages women’s empowerment and
career advancement.
