development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions tailored to
Brazil’s national context.

Key
areas of focus include the development of large language models adapted to
Brazilian Portuguese, as well as advancements in translation technologies,
cybersecurity, data protection, and digital infrastructure applications.
The
partnership is expected to support Brazil’s broader digital transformation
agenda by strengthening local AI capabilities and enhancing the use of emerging
technologies across public sector systems.

Officials
noted that the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to leveraging
artificial intelligence for mutual benefit, while addressing critical areas
such as language inclusion, digital security, and technological sovereignty.
