The Regulatory Council of
Côte d’Ivoire’s Autorité de Régulation des TIC (ARTCI) has hosted a Guinean
delegation as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration and institutional
ties between telecommunications and postal regulators in the two countries.
The delegation visited ARTCI
on Friday, September 18, 2026, and was led by Mr. Adama Condé, Deputy Director
General of Guinea’s Autorité de Régulation des Postes et Télécommunications
(ARPT).
He was accompanied by Mr.
Niankoye Bolamou, Deputy Director General of Guinea’s National Directorate of
Posts and Telecommunications.
The visit provided an
opportunity for the two institutions to exchange views and strengthen
cooperation in the telecommunications and postal sectors.
Following the discussions,
the President of the Regulatory Council of ARTCI, Mr. Roger Félix Adom,
accompanied the Guinean delegation on a visit to the new building of the
Council.
ARTCI said the engagement
strengthened the bonds of collaboration and fraternity between the
institutions, while providing an opportunity to deepen relations between Côte
d’Ivoire and Guinea’s telecommunications and postal regulatory authorities.
